In case you haven’t noticed, we are in full Halloween mode over here. One of the best parts of Halloween is getting dressed up. I love dressing up in costumes for cosplay & Halloween! In fact, I love it so much that I sometimes sport multiple costumes over the course of the Halloween season. It’s just so much fun. We are currently moving right along with our Halloween costumes for this year. If you saw yesterday’s tutorial then you already know that today I am sharing how to make DIY mermaid Halloween costume accessories. These are so easy to make and since I had all of the paint and glue, 2 sets only cost $3.00! That’s a price tag frugal DIY mommas can get behind. Let’s get the fun started with the tutorial.
