Materials
**Tip: My floral elements were already small. If yours are not, trim them first so that they fit inside your Mason jar ring.
Step 1
First, add some hot glue to the inside bottom of your Mason jar ring.
Step 2
Press you fir branch into the glue.
Tip:
- Hold it in place for a minute until the glue starts to cool because of the curve of the jar ring.
Step 3
Next, add glue to the bottom of your bottle brush tree and attach it to the bottom left of your Mason jar ring.
Step 4
Then glue some berries to the right of your attached fir branch.
Step 5
Now cut a length of red Christmas cord.
Step 6
Next, thread your cut cord through the top of your Mason jar ring and knot the ends together.
Step 7
Add some hot glue to the top back of your Mason jar ring and press your knot into it as pictured.
Step 8
Lastly, glue the loose ends of the cord to the back of your Mason jar ring.
The rust on the ring gives this bottle brush Mason jar ring ornament the perfect rustic look. It is also easy to make and comes together in minutes. Don’t forget to check out this DIY Golden Stained Glass Ornament, too. It’s another easy and elegant ornament craft. Now it’s time to see what everyone else is sharing.
