Are you stoked for St. Patrick’s Day this year? We used to throw a big party each year but kids and life somehow started edging it out. This year, however, is the first year since my daughter was born that I am free to make plans. The sitter is already secured and I plan on having a delicious dinner at my favorite French restaurant! That has put me very much in the holiday spirit which is why I created this awesome and easy DIY shamrock wreath. It’s a beautiful reminder of an amazing weekend to come!

Easy DIY Shamrock Wreath Materials
First, clean your wicker plate holder.
Next, attach your ribbons in random places with hot glue.
- Do not attach any ribbons to the center.
Fill in the bare areas of the plate holder by gluing plain foam shamrocks between the ribbons.
- It is fine if these overlap. They are for color more than anything else.
Spread your ribbons apart and glue 2 glitter foam shamrocks in the center of your plate holder.
Next, “fluff” up your ribbons and fill out the wicker plate holder by securing bits of ribbon with hot glue.
- Don’t cover your center shamrock with the ribbons.
Now attach your large shamrock cutout to your wicker plate holder.
- You will need to hold down the plate holder until the glue starts to dry because of the bulk of the ribbons.
Lastly, glue 3 plastic coins in a triangle to the bottom left of the large shamrock. See the picture for reference.
