Ingredients
- 2 Packages of Lit’l Smokies
- 12 oz. Bacon
- 2 Cans of Crescent Rolls
- 2 tbsp. Ranch Seasoning
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese (to sprinkle on top)
Makes 64 Cheesy Bacon Ranch Smokies

Step 1
First, pre-heat your over to 375º F.

Step 2
Next, cut your bacon strips into fifths.

Step 3
Then cut each half of one can of crescent rolls into 16 roughly-equal pieces (4 pieces by 4 pieces).
Tip:
- I got a little knife happy in the photo above and cut an extra line. If that happens, use your fingers to pinch the dough back together.
Step 4
Now wrap one smokie in bacon.
Step 5
Next, wrap a piece of your crescent roll dough around the bacon wrapped smoke.
Step 6
Place the double-wrapped smokie on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 7
Continue wrapping smokies in bacon and dough until your cookie sheet is full.
Step 8
Next, sprinkle a tablespoon of ranch seasoning over the wrapped smokies.
Tip:
- You may want to lightly spray your wrapped smokies with oil before sprinkling to help the seasoning stick.
Step 9
Bake your wrapped smokies for 8 minutes.
Step 10
Remove them from the over and sprinkle cheddar cheese over the tops.
Step 11
Then, pop them back in the oven and bake for an additional 7 minutes.

Step 12
Remove your wrapped smokies from the oven and allow them to cool.

Step 13
Repeat the process with a second tray full of wrapped smokies.

These cheesy bacon ranch smokies are a seriously easy way to feed a crowd this season. I recommend serving them with barbecue for the guests that are dippers but that is totally optional. These babies are delicious on their own, too. Now that I’ve whet your appetite, it is time to see what delectable ideas my friends are sharing below. We’ll have you party-ready in no time! Don’t forget to come back on Friday for more deliciousness when we share our cookie recipes and decorating ideas.
