If you read Creating Your Future then you know one of my monthly goals is to start meal planning again which I spent last week doing. The best part about this goal is that it led to a weekend full of cooking and X-Files! Nothing says November like a freezer full of comfort food and alien conspiracies. (No? Just me?)
