DIY Rainbow Notebook Valentines with Pencils

This post is sponsored by Oriental Trading. All projects, ideas, and opinions are my own.

Ever since seeing the Trolls movie I am even more obsessed with rainbows and glitter and so are my kids. It’s no surprise that when deciding on class Valentines this year my oldest immediately started brainstorming Trolls-themed ones. Trolls love glitter, rainbows, and scrapbooking. These DIY rainbow notebook Valentines have it all covered! The only way they could channel any more awesome Troll energy would be if they sang when you opened them. Alas, we haven’t quite mastered that one but maybe your child could sing while handing them out to classmates. Either way, kids will love receiving these Valentines and parents will love one less piece of candy coming home from school that day.

These notebooks are such a great quality! When you’re getting small notebooks you expect them to be a little flimsy and flexible. I was so surprised to find these notebooks had thick, almost canvas-like, covers that were incredibly sturdy. That makes them perfect for crafting with because they will hold up to glue, paint, and more.
