I absolutely love mushrooms and portobello mushrooms are my absolute fave. I love them on pizza, sandwiches, in pasta… there pretty much isn’t a savory food I won’t eat them with.
Unfortunately, my kiddos don’t feel quite the same as I do. That means when I make delicious recipes like this one, they end up being all mine.
Pro parenting tip: want to make sure you actually get some of the pizza? Stick some mushrooms on it and the kids won’t go near it. You’re welcome.

While your oil heats, dice your onion and add it to the pan.

I’m a nerdy, crafty mom of three adorable little kids. I love writing and creating, but in my non-existent free time I also love karaoke, taking my kids to the zoo, and reading. I got my degree in Science (no idea how that happened) but I took every English class I could get my hands on because, yeah, I’m that girl.
