I know you’ve been anticipating it and here it is! This week’s bagged chicken recipe is this super easy chicken stir-fry (check out previous recipes here). This is so quick and easy to make that you can whip up dinner in minutes for your family. Bonus, this is a great dish to teach kids to use chopsticks with (we love these trainers) and no wok required!
- 2 – 12 oz. Bags of Frozen Stir-Fry Vegetables Mix
- 3 Cooked Chicken Breasts
- 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
In a large pot, combine all of the ingredients except for chicken.
Heat over medium heat and cover. Stir occasionally until vegetable are partially cooked.
While the vegetable and sauce mix is cooking, cube chicken breasts into roughly 1/2 inch pieces. Stir chicken into the pot.
Continue cooking just long enough to thoroughly re-heat the chicken (about 5 minutes). Serve immediately and enjoy! Have dinner on the table in four easy steps!

I’m a nerdy, crafty mom of three adorable little kids. I love writing and creating, but in my non-existent free time I also love karaoke, taking my kids to the zoo, and reading. I got my degree in Science (no idea how that happened) but I took every English class I could get my hands on because, yeah, I’m that girl.
